My website provides various places for users to knowingly provide information. I collect information that users provide by communicating with me via contact forms, search queries on my search feature, other and features that may be added in the future. If a visitor uses the contact form, I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, phone number, and comment communications).

The information I collect automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. I use this type of information to administer the website and provide the highest possible level of service to you. I also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the website. Why do I collect information?

I collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To deliver the content of my website correctly;
To optimize the content of my website as well as its advertisement
To ensure the long-term viability of my information technology systems and website technology

To be able to contact Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices,

The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

How do I collect information?

When you visit any of my webpages, your non-personal information may be tracked. When you use the Join the Waitlist or Contact Me form on my website, as part of the process, I collect personal information you give me such as your name, phone and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific purpose stated in your communication only. If a user contacts me by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted are automatically stored. Such personal data is transmitted on a voluntary basis by a user to the data controller and are stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the user. If visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How do I store, use, share and disclose site visitors’ personal information?

My website is hosted on the WIX.com platform. WIX.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to inform you about psycho-educational services. Your data may be stored through their data storage, databases and the general WIX.com applications. By default WIX does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However some of your plugins may collect personal data. They store any data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Embedded content from other websites

My website may contain links to third party websites. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information I collect from you on my website. Other sites accessible through my site via links or otherwise have their own policies in regard to privacy. I am not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third parties.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who I share your data with

I do not share your data with anyone.

I will only contact site visitors if they specifically request contact via the Contact Me form or by others means of contact available on the website (e.g. my direct email address and phone number). For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail in whichever way you request.

If you choose to correspond with me through email, I may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. I provide the same protections for these electronic communications that I employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. How long I retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
